I live in antioch CA, play at Black diamond games Concord CA, I'm a jounin level player and deck builder I've been playing off and on since naruto began. I'm 1 of the top players with the least amount of cards I am always changing deck types, I never use the meta decks I build my own with cards people rarely see and use special techs to confuse my opponent. On a scale to 1-10 I'm a level 10 player
