hmmm what to say. .. .
well , this card has no help to me, and basicly i could care less about its effect.
i like the fact though that it stops naruto (pump). .. . .
removing my discard pile from game.. . . come on whats that gonna do?? nothing at all. .. . i dont use recycle power so whatever . . .. .

well i think it doesnt really make sense that Sai is lightning because lightning has mostly been associated with milling (and well putting back with Jiraya and Enima) also his other effect stops lightning milling, but i do think he should have been like fire or wind because of the fact that he is suppose to be Sasuke's replacement.
All in all i think ehhh maybe a side deck card for him just for the heck of it but the side of this card that i like is the client removal and thats about it, IK

Sai is a really good anti card, but is best in the side deck. I would play 2x in my side.
