Ok so I have been playtesting this card and I find it to be quite flexible,just wanted to see what your opinions are on this card even though I know its amazing bounce

Yeah its the best wind mission my opinion. It works well with Shino [IW]. Also, read the rulez! (Put full card name bounce lol)
