Ranking issue. Empty Ranking issue.

Why is Sanin above Kage? Kage is the highest ninja ranking, technically. Even Sanin-level ninja, before the ranking, were not good enough to achieve the Kage level (Sakumo).

I see what you are saying. The rank system was programed by the original admin [Admin]. But in general I'm almost serten that the sannin are soposd to be as strong or stronger then the kages.

The are supposed to be at a hokage level, but did not earn the title.
